I LOVE our alma mater!! Also, the piece the college's choir is singing, "Taste and See", was sung at my grandfather's funeral. One of my favorites. :)
Beautiful Indeed! I wanted our firstborn to go here so badly, but was not to be. Thankfully, God has more than supplied the academic and spiritual graces for him thru his college years...he graduates this Dec...yes, time really does fly! :) Have a wonderful weekend, Kristen and kiss those sweet babies for me.
Sure makes me miss those years.....Thanks for posting this. did you recognize Jordan Brittain in the picture of the three students at the Walk for Life?
I have no worries about your children, Cheryl, with you as a mother. :)Erin, yes! Isn't she lovely. I get to see them once in a while, at TAC or down here at the abbey. Love those Brittains! And did you see Fr. Berg? Happy, happy memories indeed.
Beautiful! Glad to know that conservative Catholics DO live in CA! :)
What a beautiful video. Is the music sung by members of the school's choir? I will have to take my boys to visit- it isn't far from where we are.:)PS It is good to have you back-
Fr. Berg will be visiting our parish in May. I am sorry that I did not know about TAC before I went to college, but I am happy that I know about it for my children's sake. Thank you for sharing the video.
Oh I recognized my old pastor, Fr. Paul Raftery, in one of the photos. I still have the Imitation of Christ which he gave to my fellow Confirmandi and I at our Confirmation. Such a wonderful priest! Thanks for sharing!
I've never wanted to be 18 again so badly, so I could go there myself, or age my children 15-17 years so they could go there in the Fall! I had never heard of the school but the curriculum sounds amazing!!
Very beautiful. What a heavenly experience it must have been to receive your education there. Thank you for sharing.
My sister went there (graduated just a few years ago) and had such a great experience. :)
I know 2 students there
My daughter is a junior there. Such a lovely place! I am so grateful!
Wow, beautiful video!! It's so great to know that there are some solid Catholic colleges out there. Not many, but a handful will due. I attended a college for undergrad that was Catholic - by name, not virtue - and it really hardened my heart towards Catholic colleges. Then I attended Franciscan University of Steubenville for post-grad studies though, and man, that changed my heart pretty quickly. A grace-filled campus, for sure.As of right now, there are about four universities I'll be praying my child(ren) attend when the time comes, and now TAC just made the list! haha Of course, I won't have to worry about it for awhile, as my little one is just a baby, but it still gives me peace for the future :)
That's gorgeous, you're right!I'm forwarding to my 16 year old son, who is interested in either a Catholic university or seminary...Thank you!
