Beautiful!! Like a little bride of Christ. First Communion Sunday at our church is one of my favorite Masses of the year. It makes me cry every time, even when I don't have one receiving for the first time.
Kristen, I forget how I came across your blog, but I'M so glad I did! You are such a wonderful mom and you bring so much beauty into this world. Congrats to Gianna (and Happy Feast Day to St. Gianna today!)and to you too. I can't imagine the joy of watching your child receive Jesus for the first time. My oldest will be receiving her first Holy Communion next year. Would you mind sharing any recommendations for how to prepare a child for their 1st Communion? Thank you and God Bless! (By the way, I love Gianna's dress. The sleeves are my favorite part! You rock!)
