It's A Girl!!!

St. Andrew answered a Christmas novena early this year! She's due to arrive January 10th, but we've been told she may come two to three weeks early. A Christmas baby!! Here she is:

That we will prepare for two births this Advent season has us thrilled beyond comprehension, and I have so much to fill you in on! More details to come...soon! In the meantime, please offer a prayer of thanksgiving on our behalf for this most beautiful Christmas gift, and beg Our Lord to pour his love and mercy on the selfless young mother who now bears her child....for us.

I love you all!

Kristen - this is the first time I've commented on your lovely blog. The topic is irresistible and the congratulations deserved immense!!! This is fantastic news and I couldn't be happier for you.

Your adoption story and Catholic life with your little girls is a great inspiration to me. I'm a young woman in my early twenties and am convinced that, should God bless me with "Mr. Right" that we should consider adoption, whether we're blessed with children of our own or not.

Thank you for this great example.

Hi, Kristen
I just found your blog and wanted to say that I am so happy for you and your family! I read the stories of your infertility and adoptions, and have found a lot of hope in them. My husband and I are dealing with secondary infertility right now, and it can feel like a very lonely cross. But your words have given me inspiration and comfort. God bless you and yours!
