We don't have a pet in our home, but one day we're going to bring home one of these (though not anytime soon - maybe a few years.) Just thought you should know.
Not sure why the wait -- I'm sure you and your husband have your reasons! *grin* -- but our kids have been really great about taking care of our pets, from dog and cat down to fish, snails, and lizards.

I think so too Theresa. Many people think Abbysinnians are ugly. We love them.
She's very cute and the look on her sweet face says, "take me home today...why wait a few years???" :)
Oh so cute, does it have to be a few years??? I say take one home now. I bet the girls would help tons with the pet duties.

We love our kitty. He is SO good with kids too which is a bonus! Madeleine loves him too.
