Deja Vu

Look who came to town this week!

Diane from Journey of a Mother's Heart is everything you'd expect her to be - warm, kind, generous and elegant. I only wish I could have met her beautiful children, four of whom came to her through the miracle of adoption. The lovely Erica hosted this time, and it is clear her gift of hospitality is inherited by her eldest daughters - delightful young ladies, they are. And I know I don't need to introduce Bonny Glen's Lissa, but I just love her in this picture holding her newborn - she looks like a beautiful painting, doesn't she?

Our next blogger-guest gathering will be at my house. Who's coming? :)

Well you know I'll be there with bells on! :) It was so great to get to spend another morning with you. I'm thinking we need to make this a regular occurrence!

Do you mean by any chance a painting which might be seen in a doctor's office? ;-)

I can easily imagine what a wonderful time was had amongst such special ladies.

If I'm remembering correctly, you live rather near to me. I'd love to meet you in person!

Thank you for coming our way again, Kristen. It was wonderful to see you again and to have Diane(!) here and to meet her lovely sister-in-law. Who's coming next? :)

You all look beautiful and I am jealous!

How does Lissa get to be so skinny having given birth four weeks ago? What's the deal with that?

Mary Ellen, ha! I wondered the same thing. How is it that her waistline can be smaller than mine after having just given birth? So not fair. :)
