Did you know that the stem (3 inches of it, anyway) is just as delicious as the treasured heart inside?? I didn't either, until yesterday!I found this artichoke at Bristol Farms - my favorite specialty grocer, second only to Whole Foods, but we don't have one of those nearby.Andrea, I'm so happy you stopped by.
