Where do you find a....

....gorgeous bed of multi-hued ranunculus, an autumn tree just beginning to shed it's leaves, and outdoor Christmas decorations, all in the same town on the same afternoon?

In Southern California we can't seem to decide on a season, so we'll just take all of them! These photographs were taken on our short drive to the park today. It was a beautiful afternoon.

Hey- i just discovered your blog after you posted on my blog after seeing my comment on Suzanne's blog. :) Glad I found you. LOVE the photo of your daughters. Oh, and my husband and I don't own a dresser either after being married almost 7 years. We keep our clothes on a wire rack I used in college. We're thinking it's time for a bedroom set.
Welcome to the blogging world. I'm beginning my journey as well.

That is pretty. I know for a few years of living in Southern CA that the weather and scenery are not your typical "Christmas" look this time of the year, but if you have lived there your whole life, you will know no other.

Right now our weather is warm (70's).
