When we stopped at the grocery store this morning, Gianna strikes up a little conversation with the cashier lady:
Gianna: We have Christmas music at our house.
Lady: Wow! Is Santa coming to your house this year?
Gianna: That's not important. Baby Jesus is coming!
What more can a mother ask for??

Don't you just love these little witnesses of ours? I should be so unabashedly ashamed in proclaiming Our Lord to strangers!
PS. Please don't feel badly about not celebrating the feast of St. Nicholas "properly." (re. the comment you left on my blog). Truth be told, you can incorporate our beautiful St. Nick into the Feast of Christmas or really, any day of Advent!
